secured over a pool of finance receivables (including some
which are property backed) exceeding 6,100 contracts which
provides security and risk diversification for the investor.

Trustee for the investor is the well respected Trustees
Executors Limited.
5. Minimum Investment
is $5000 with terms ranging from "On Call" to 5
years.
6. Interest can be paid
calendar quarterly or compounded calendar quarterly.
7. Tax can be deducted
at the individual's Resident With-holding Tax rate or
Non-resident withholding tax rate or
Approved Issuer Levy for non-residents.
